Hi All! I was wondering, how do you all track the WODs? Do you put them in to myfitnesspal? & if you do, how do you do it? Like today's Victoria Hero WOD – one way to track it in myfitnesspal is Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort and put in my time that I finished at. WODs aren’t an option. Anyone have a…
