I have been having the HARDEST time losing weight after my gallbladder was removed. I've read about it and just want to know if anyone else has gone through this and have lost weight or am I doomed?? I go to the gym 4 times a wee, take cardio and toning classes. I eat good food, no fast food. I just dont know that to do!
So I loove the Gladiator with strawberry protein powder and I only get 1 serving of fruit so not too many carbs are added. How many carbs do you think are added by adding the strawberries? I know, not the best meal replacement yada yada but I just want to know about how many carbs with the fruit. Thanks!:smile:
