OMG! I was so on track before I went on vacation, now I can't seem to get it together. I've been over my calories every day. Life is just throwing me a curve ball, and I havne't start back walking again either.
I saw a post regarding loosing 15lbs by X-Mas. I thought this was a great way to get motivated. I often find that I am very good at sticking to my goals when I initially start, but life gets in the way and I fall off the wagon. Let's help each other out and stay motivated!
