Getting Motivated

OMG! I was so on track before I went on vacation, now I can't seem to get it together. I've been over my calories every day. Life is just throwing me a curve ball, and I havne't start back walking again either.

    I know how hard it is! Try and remember why you want to get healthy in the first place and just try again. Good luck!

    The moment you have the only slightly moved to act feeling - RUN WITH IT

    Otherwise youre just sitting here hoarding every little piece of motivation that comes your way... and they have like 5 minute expiration dates....

    Drop everything and go out for a 10 minute walk. See if you can do that a couple times a day. Can't get outside? Walk up a few flights of stairs or do some jumping jacks..something. Get a plan together for the next 2 or 3 meals..do you have produce and sensible choices or are you still in vacation mode and eating on the fly?
