Getting Motivated

OMG! I was so on track before I went on vacation, now I can't seem to get it together. I've been over my calories every day. Life is just throwing me a curve ball, and I havne't start back walking again either.

The moment you have the only slightly moved to act feeling - RUN WITH IT
Otherwise youre just sitting here hoarding every little piece of motivation that comes your way... and they have like 5 minute expiration dates....1 -

Drop everything and go out for a 10 minute walk. See if you can do that a couple times a day. Can't get outside? Walk up a few flights of stairs or do some jumping jacks..something. Get a plan together for the next 2 or 3 meals..do you have produce and sensible choices or are you still in vacation mode and eating on the fly?0
