Logging Exercise
If you use 30-Day Shred or Wii Fit, how do you go about entering the exercise in your log? I searched for them, and couldn't find anything for either. I figure for Wii Fit I can just enter it as the type of activity - aerobics, boxing, yoga, etc. But, what about 30-Day Shred?:huh:

Rewards?
I've been thinking that perhaps I ought to have some sort of reward in mind for reaching my first goal. Something NOT food-related. But, I've no idea what would properly motivate me. So, can you all share with me what rewards you have (or have used) for yourself?

Bad food day
Is it OK to occasionally have bad food days? I've just begun, and generally I've done a decent job of sticking to my calorie limit and drinking enough water. Hi. I'm Heather. I have a lot of weight to lose, and decided it's time to start working on it. My youngest (of three) will be 2 in October, and I'm no longer breastfeeding. So, I have no more excuses! I have no idea what all I'm doing on this site, but I figure I'll learn as I go. Anyway, that's it! :-)
