Starting Dukan
Hi, I am starting the Dukan diet in the next day or so, wondered if anyone out there is starting this diet as well?

Supplement with vitamin/mineral pills?
I am on the first few days of Cruise, and slightly concerned that I am not getting all the nutrients required only having veg every other day and no fruit at all. What do people think, and is anyone taking vitamin pills?

Just starting Dukan...and a little nervous
Hi all, am new to MFP and Dukan. Have read the book, and want to start asap. I was wondering if anyone out there was starting the attack phase in the next day or so.
