30 DS complete--now what? Advice please!
I am about to finish up level 3 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I've loved it but am ready for something different. (Just as challenging, but easier on the knees if possible!) Short but sweet ;)

However, this time I am determined to stick with it so that I can lose this extra weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I am only 5' tall and about 40 lbs overweight....and am very easily discouraged (like this week, I actually…
