My husband and I are trying to get pregnant....how long during pregnancy should I keep up 1400 cal/day? I would assume later in pregnancy I would need to add calories, how many? Weird sleep schedules
Anyone else have jobs the require strange hours of sleep? We are hay farmers, and sometimes that requires us to work all night, or go to work at 3am.
