Hi! I have been working on getting myself back in shape for the last year. I had been doing good and seeing the weight come down. Recently I have been slacking off and not exercising and eating the way I should. I am looking for someone who will help me be accountable and shared ideas with me on what is working for them.

Holiday Help!
Okay with the Holidays getting closer I am getting more worried about putting on weight with all the goodies that will be around. Just wondering if anyone has a game plan for what they will be doing during all the holiday celebrations?
