mechanically separated chicken
A local grocer has started retailing mechanically separated chicken. It seems to be moving off the shelf readily. I searched the internet for a recipe but only find posts bad mouthing the product. So I have heard all the criticisms. But... Obviously people are using it at home. I cannot find any recipes specific for this…
