A bit of a turning point
I have used the scientific method to come to the conclusion that while there are people out there who can drink and meet their fitness goals, I am not among them. Today I say goodbye to whiskey and hello to whistles; goodbye to 6 packs and hello an 8 pack. Just needed to put this somewhere to help keep me honest. Cheers…

Forgive me MFP for I have sinned. After a particularly crappy shift at work which made me miss my second real food meal of the night, I came home and had 2 pizza pockets and 3 beers which put me over my calories by a bit more than a hundred. :(
