Anyone run and do weights?
I love running, and right now I'm running 3x's a week, between 15-20 miles. I'm also doing kettlebell 2x's a week. I'm not doing huge weights, but I'm pressing 26lb, and squating between 26 - 35lbs. I also practice yoga. I don't want to give up running, but I would like to get stronger, so I thought I would focus on…
