She has videos and written plans, and you can start with 1 bell ( I recommend Ader. Do Not buy a bell from the box stores!) Her plans are excellent Good luck.

  • Thank-you, to everyone! I was feeling alone in doing that. I don't know why, maybe because whenever I read stuff online everyone seems exclusive. I enjoy both and want to continue getting stronger as well as run.
  • I seem to binge when I've not had enough to eat during the day. So one thing to do is to make sure you are getting enough during your meals.
