Women, Weight lifting and getting abs
Recently within the last 2 months i got into weight lifting. I am absolutely addicted! I LOVE seeing progression and getting stronger. I've noticed I've slimmed down some but there's a little fat that just WONT go away under my belly button lol Any tips? <img src="http://i44.tinypic.com/2r41imx.jpg" border="0" alt="></a>
