Just a little tip :D
Over time I have learned that when it comes to losing weight 30% of it is the gym and 70% is your food. Don't be fooled people!!! Starving yourself won't help you lose weight, your body needs the proper nutrients! In order to lose weight you must eat!!!! Food is for fuel! :D
