Kettlebell swings are my favorite method of exercise but I have developed some knee issues and I don't want to injure myself further. I just did the calculation on my exercise (1600 cals per week) and realized that maybe I'm not eating enough. Doh! Has anyone ever looked at the nutrition info on these items? If anything fresco style is worse than regular!
