Thanks rejectuf Update: I only feel a bit of strain in the neutral start position: aka the sit squat So I started with my weenie 15 lb bell Hoping to increase to 20 by next week. And 25 2 weeks later  Once I get going with my dynamic warm ups the strain seems to ease a bit. The tension is still there but so far so…

I've been on and off Phen. for about a year now and the best advice I can give is to be as strict as you can with yourself now because, like you, when I stopped the first time I pigged out like crazy. That's because I was never hungry while on it and didn't eat enough cals to sustain me. So as soon as it started wearing…

Try BBQ and pear marinade. Very easy and delicious! get out the blender or just mash it up with potato masher or fork. BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays!) 1 canned pear half juice from can of pears then spice it up (your preference) I like to add salt pepper basil and garlic I usually let this sit in the marinade for a couple of…

Try orange roughy broiled or baked with EVOO and some old bay sprinkled on top. My favorite! Or salmon with EVOO basil and garlic or grilled with Montreal steak seasoning. I love this dish with asparagus sauteed with the same seasonings. finish it off with rice and you have my favorite lite meal!

Thanks everyone, but anyone have any suggestions on brand or model? If it ends up costing me more so be it. What kind do you like? I don't want to end up getting a crappy machine.

Hello, Polar makes a great HRM and they are reasonably priced. About $60 which is (I think) about 37 pounds. The basic model records Cals HR and can be used as a stop watch. I love mine and use it all the time.

Hello. I use a different calorie counting site that allows you to customize your nutritional goals. It breaks down EVERYTHING! Carbs protein fat fiber sodium potassium calcium even the necessary vitamins. Unfortunately this site takes a dim view on posters recommending any site that is competition. I can help you out if…

If your weightloss has stalled it is probably because you're only eating 1200 or less. 1200 cals is the absolute minimum cals women should consume and that is if you are laying in bed all day. I started off only eating 1200 cals and it worked well at first but then the weightloss stopped all together especially since I was…

Definitely 1600! Your body needs that fuel to lose weight. If you don't eat enough your metabolism can shut down and you won't lose anything. Think of it this way if you eat only 1200 cals per day and then work out burning 400 that means that you are only actually getting 800cals! The average woman needs 1200 cals just to…

It all depends on how much weight you need to lose, activity level, age. How old are you and what is your activity level? Maybe I can give you more answers but I'll need more info.
