I'm a little confused about this site. How come my "goal" calorie intake is a lot smaller than my friends?? does this mean i need to lose more weight than them or less or ?? i'm 135 lbs and my "goal" weight is 115lbs. I'm 5'3".

Maybe it is because of what you entered as your activity level or how many pounds you want to lose a week. It is also based on your current weight and your age.0

It all depends on how much weight you need to lose, activity level, age. How old are you and what is your activity level?
Maybe I can give you more answers but I'll need more info.0 -
