I took out some pork chops for dinner and i'm sick of doing the same things with them (bake with mushroom soup and cooking with apples and onions) does anyone have any yummy suggestions for me?

I have a recipe where you dip the chops in and egg/milk mixture, coat them in finely crushed Stove Top stuffing and then bake. My whole family loves it!0

Hmm I took out pork chops too, we will probably bbq0

I just liberally shake on Weber Garlic and Herb seasoning and bake in the oven. Very simple but DELISH!0

I marinade mine in mojo and then stuff them with mushroom, shredded carrots, green peppers, turkey bacon and low fat cheese. I normally cook the bacon on the George Forman grill. I saute the mushrooms, carrots, peppers and then add the turkey bacon and cheese.
To give the pork chops some color I either put them on the George Forman grill or put them on a pan on the stove. After stuffing them, I put them on low heat (325) for about 30 to 45 minutes.0 -
that sounds fantastic! and since i have some stuffing i think i will give it a try!0

I just slapped some on the grill last night and cooked them like steak. :happy:0

I made these the other night and they were yummy and easy.. if you don't like spicy, you can vary the kind of jam that you use as well as the other flavors. Totally customizable I think!

I tend to keep it kind of simple by mixing a teaspoon of clear honey with a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
I smear the glaze all over the pork chop or leg steak then either grill it or pan fry it (with no oil) in a non-stick pan.
Providing any fat is trimmed off it's low cal and not heavy on sodium content.....i'm actually having that for dinner tonight! Yum!0 -
im doing these tonight marinated with 1tbsp honey/mustard/orange juice, grilled and served with couscous0

Try BBQ and pear marinade.
Very easy and delicious!
get out the blender or just mash it up with potato masher or fork.
BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays!)
1 canned pear half
juice from can of pears
then
spice it up (your preference) I like to add salt pepper basil and garlic
I usually let this sit in the marinade for a couple of hours if I'm in a rush or leave them soaking in the fridge overnight. This works best if you are grilling.
If you don't have time you can just dump all of it over the chops in a pyrex dish or baking pan.0 -
I have no idea how healthy this is, but I know my wife loves it (haven't tried it myself).
