Is this right?

OK I feel kinda like a dummy now...

I just did the calculation on my exercise (1600 cals per week) and realized that maybe I'm not eating enough. Doh!

I've been losing weight eating my sedentary BMR 1650-1700 and now it has stopped completely. Could my body have gotten used to that and then refused to let go once I started the heavier activity?

So now it should be 2300 (light activity) X 7=16100

+ activity 1600 +16100 = 17700 /7=2528 -500/day= 2028

So I should be eating 2028/day?

If you go join the Eat More to Weigh Less group and post this question there you will get fantastic information and support. My answer would be pathetic compared to the support you'll get in EMTWL. See you there!

Have you recalculated your BMR & TDEE to reflect your weight loss?
