For starters, if I'm trying to determine how many calories I can eat to lose 2 lbs per week, do I use BMR or TDEE? Also, the activity levels are confusing on the calculators. What am I doing wrong?

Could I Have Burned That Many Calories?
I worked out today while wearing my HRM - Sportline brand. I'm 46 and weigh 248. I've haven't worked out consistently in several months.
