Do I have to eat all the extra calories I burn doing exercise?
According to my weight, age and lifestyle my calorie goal has been set to 1200 calories per day. I do 500 calories of exercise 6 days a week but stick to eating just under 1200 calories each day in order to lose weight a little faster.
