Why did I gain weight???
I didn't weigh myself when I started so I literally have no idea how much I weighed but I can see I've lost a bit so I'm guessing I was 200lbs+ Anyway I was 197 when I weighed myself last thursday Today, the next thursday I'm 198.8 I'm eating anywhere between 1300-1800 but on tuesday I did eat 4025 but that wouldn't make…
