im a girl but it depends really i'm a uk size 18 and i'm never single out of choice (i do love being single though i want to travel alone and move halfway across the country i don't have time for a boyfriend) the fact is some men like thin girls some men like bigger girls i actually know a guy who at school used to bully…
-
wine or spirits honestly i go out every now and then and it's never done me any harm, just tell your friends to drag you by the arms away from the take away if you get drunk and want a pizza, that's what i've done and they actually do it lol :drinker: (edit) or just have a day off, honestly you won't gain 7lbs overnight…

oh and that happened once. i shouldn't have to apologize to you for accidentally eating like **** for one day. i relapsed. and it doesn't matter if my numbers aren't consistent lol i should be losing weight eating 1900 because of my size etc. as long as it's under 2300 i should be losing weight, if some days i want to eat…
-
by pretty much i meant when you get stuff from a packet and the packet is the portion size and it says the calories on obviously im not going to weigh something if its already weighed lol :)
-
i'm not really trying to diet i don't even know why i weighed myself i just felt like crap all the time so i stopped eating so much and then somehow my body just said hey lets get up every morning for no reason so i definitely feel better, i don't want to eat any less than i am either because i always give up and this time…

I weigh all my food pretty much & I'm trying to wean myself in bit by bit so I don't really exercise at the moment, I'm hoping it's just a fluctuation :D
-
I am on the implant also so I know your pain lol :D I wouldn't worry too much, try and push through it but if you literally can't bare it, don't beat yourself up about it, everyone misses a workout sometimes but apparently working out in general can make your periods easier, I have to take iron tablets when I am on my…

you definitely look like you've lost more than that, could you have gained muscle? good job :D
-
I didn't give any advice. I said are you sure your not gaining muscle. That's not giving advice that's asking a question and stating my own experiences.
-
... WOW. I can't even join a weightloss community without someone trying to bully me off the site lol! Sorry, not sorry :D. You're all around 40 years old, grow up already!!!
-
you sure you're not gaining muscle? i don't know about normal women but i gain muscle really easily, even just walking up my street (granted it takes 10 minutes to walk up and its a very very steep hill) every day made me gain muscle pmsl
-
Woo! I am early on too, I have been doing it since the 4th november, so not too long :P x

did i say i was starving myself. and the first entry from hers i looked at she'd eaten 600+ calories. that's not starving yourself.
-
no im not.
-
no. i have 53lbs to lose, and really i only actually have 30 till im at a healthy weight. & did i say i was still on one? & i wasnt comparing her to britains fattest man i was saying even he went on one of those diets, no they're not recommended long term but you're not going to die from 2 weeks of eating 500 calories.
-
when i say i put all of the weight back on, i was eating 3,000 calories a day. so it's not like i was eating normally. when i was eating 1,700 calories a day i maintained the weight i'd lost.
-
well she asked a question and i answered from experience. this is a weight loss site not a site to ***** at people. my opinion, my experience, it works if you want a fast solution. if you want a permanent solution, probably not, but like i was a bridesmaid i did one of these diets for ages, yeah it worked for the wedding,…
-
im not talking about literally starving yourself though.
-
there is a big difference between fad diets and eating disorders. eating disorders are in your mind, ive done plenty of diets like this and theres no denying you do put weight on if you randomly start eating normally again, but they work & if you do them carefully then it's fine. even britians fattest man had to go on a…

people are criticising this terribly, if you wanna lose weight like this then it's no one elses place to tell you different. I did a diet like that last year, and basically you need to raise your calorie intake for a few days and for some reason it raises your metabolism, not saying you have to stick to it if you dont want…

you look so good! well done :)
