A Couple of Small Victories
Rather proud of myself. Started my new me journey on the 10th January 2013. Since then I have steadily lost weight every week. And in the last 2 weeks I've had a couple of small victories. Got weight last night and I hit my 3 stone target... 44lbs since 10th jan.. I'm rather happy and proud of that! :bigsmile: Now on to the next target of 4 stone..

Craving right now... Chips (the english sort)
I have never reallly eaten chips apart from a once a month treat on my way home from work... Confused
Why one week where I did 2, 1/2 hour lunch time walks and only 1 45 minute zumba lesson did I loose 5lbs but the next week I did 6, 1/2 hour lunch time walks and 4, 45 minute zumba classes I only lost 2lbs??? New to the Forum Not So New to MFP
