I'm no expert, but isn't eating 'normally' the reason you put that weight on originally? My aim is at the end to have trained my brain and body that my 'normal' eating is the new lower maintenance calories, healthier eating, portion control and exercise.. perhaps that's what you need to do too.. otherwise you will just…

I love spinach.. not the horrible frozen stuff but fresh. In salads with rocket is fab with a nice steak.. I also throw it into stews, curries, stirfries anything really right at the end of cooking.. if i can get it in there I will.. more often than not it doesnt even need to add any time to the cooking as the residual…

i'm not really sure what all this clean eating is about to be honest.. I don't eat my food off the floor, i do wash my plates and i haven't had any dirty chicken (KFC) since last year.. but i do eat normal food, cooked and uncooked, washed and unwashed, not so much processed as i just dont like what they put in it these…

i do these things to help prevent late night snacking.. Drink a large glass of water at around 8.45pm.. dont have those chips, icecream etc in the house.. have a bowl of fruit nearby where i'm sitting in the evenings... go to bed early.. doesn't always work as sometimes i do give in and have a slice of toast ...

I do Zumba in the evening 3 times a week.. two of them are quite late so I eat my tea a couple of hours before I go to those ones.. Make it with butter if you are concerned about the calories. Below is a list of oils and how many calories are in 1 tbsp of each.. and at the bottom is butter.. boiled eggs.... rice.. (boil the water put rice in, seal the lid over with clingfilm.. let the rice steam).. cous cous.. go to a climbing/outward bound type shop.. they will have lots of freeze dried meals in bags that you add boiling water to.. my brother climbs and lives off them in the moutians

After most of my meals I drink a nice strong Mint tea.. it helps with digestion.. I also find after a good zumba session that it loosens it all up and I can be quite trumpy after.. but mine smell of roses.. :wink:

Last night was homemade fish curry.. so yummy and only takes a matter of minutes to cook.. had it with a salad rather than rice. .. Tonight was 1/2 small butternut squash roasted and glazed with maple syrup with leftover braised red cabbage and broccoli. .. (was using up left overs in the fridge)

I love pink n whites.. they are my weakness... less than 2% fat and only 50 cals each.. so ummm healthy in a way.. If I feel I want to be oober healthy I will have 50g of dried apricots and 50g of prunes..

I just think its really strange.. not complaining at the 2lbs.. was rather hoping for the 3lbs to make it 3 stone lost by Easter.. not done much exercise this week so I will see how much I have lost tomorrow when I get weighed... hopefully at least 1lb to get me to that goal..
