What is your daily exercise routine?
Here is my daily exercising routine: beginning Shakeweight Video 25 crunches 10 bicycle crunches 10 bench knee tucks 10 flutter kicks 10 reverse crunches 2 mile walk 10 squats 25 crunches Shakeweight Video i do this through out the day and it seems to be working for me so far because i feel great and have so much energy <3
