I used to take an amazing Pilates class at the gym a few years ago, but have since canceled my membership. Does anyone know an AMAZING Pilates DVD I can purchase so I can do at home?I am desperate for my muscles to look lean and toned once again. :) :blushing:
I recently started INSANITY ( and yes, I am sore, but I am loving life!), but I don't know if logging it under "Aerobic, high impact" is correct or "Circuit", what are your thoughts?
