I'm finishing up with 30DS and want to start Insanity but am weary of the diet given. I am vegetarian and need variety in my diet so the prospect of Insanity looks a bit scary! Is it necessary to follow the diet plan exactly? Would the effects still worked if I just stuck to the calorie limit per meal but made my own soups…
