Why cant I find the tread mill on the exercise list... anyone know where it is or should I just use the walking.... I have arthristis and use a wheelchair most of the time... but this afternoon I tried walking on the treadmill and actually made it 3 minutes a speed 2 on the tread mill. I know this does not sound like much…
