Gluten Intolerance/Celiac disease
I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease, something I thought would be hard to adjust to but have found fairly easy. The hardest part is adjusting recipes, and remembering to read labels. Anyone else with this? Do you find it challenging? Any recipes worth trying/sharing.
