Is food SO irresistible at times!? Sometimes it just calls out to me... :( Hahah so what are some EFFECTIVE things you do to curb the cravings?
live in the old days where people were always physically active, had to hunt for their food, and didn't have tempting fast foods everywhere... or live in today's society? I've always been curious as to what others would choose.. :happy:
