That I starting out with a ridiculous calorie deficit because I didn't do proper weight loss research and I only thought about losing weight NOW, not how weak and unhealthy my body would become later with such lack of nutrients in my diet. s! But I've changed my ways, and I'm still young. So I gotta be thankful for that! :)
