Working out when your body is sore
how do you work out if your body is SO sore from the day before??? My legs are so weak but my mind wants to work out and keep pushing! How do i still work out but dont over do it?

Has anyone done the 30 day shred by Jillian Micahels and lost their wait that way? Or combimed it with something else?

This is the first time I have ever dieted. When making dinner what proteins are best and what carbs are bad? I know this is something simple. But i need something cut and dry that kind of gives me things to make! I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight! thanks!
