Yesterday was my 7th day of Insanity and after I cooled off after the workout, I got on the treadmill and walked for about 35 mins. Anyone ever missed a day of the workout?! I've been getting home late and don't want to do them bc then I won't be able to sleep. I would like to double up on workouts to catch up...but I'm not sure if that's TOO much. Any advice?
