Gimme Your Best Oatmeal Combos!
So I enjoy oatmeal with a few tablespoons of brown sugar and some cinnamon and milk. BUT.....I need to change that. WAY too much sugar. I need to spice up my oatmeal WITHOUT too much sucrose. What is worse for you--too much sugar or too much salt? I'm having a difficult time keeping both of these numbers in check. I usually have only one or the other in the green. Any suggestions?
