Would you recommend the FT60 over the others?
-
Has anyone had both the Polar FT7 and the FT60? What are the main differences you have found? Which one did you like better? I'm thinking the FT60 sounds like it's got a better system but does anyone have personal experience with them both?
-
Do you know if the FT60 does this as well?
-
Looks really awesome but unfortunately, I live in this day and age and I do not have an iphone or an ipod touch or the equivalent.
-
Thank you, that was my next question--if the FT40 was any good and if it was user battery changeable.
-
According to the Amazon reviews I've read about the FT7, the batteries are user changeable.
-
Oh, ok, somehow I've skipped over that several times now reading the info--the FT7 DOES beep at you when you're outside your zone.
-
The FT7 is actually one of the ones I'm leaning towards. Does it beep at you if you go outside your optimal heart rate zone? I didn't see anything about that feature on Amazon.

OMG ALL of these sound amazing! And so many things I haven't even thought of before! Thank you, everyone, for making my breakfasts so much healthier!
-
Facepalm. LOL

Most of my sugar comes in the forms of fructose (fruit) and lactose (dairy). But in the end--table sugar, fruit sugar, or even simple carbohydrates--your body sees it all as the same thing--sucrose. Sugar. As far as processed, I'm trying to steer as clear from it as possible, but a lot of times it's hard to do when you're…
-
But if I don't have to keep a super close eye on just sugar or salt, everything would be so much easier lol. Of course, I know I shouldn't go overboard, but I'm thinking as far as weight loss goes, sugar is the one to keep better tabs on.
-
Of course, I understand too much of anything is bad for you. But it's already confusing enough tracking carbs, fats, proteins, and sugar. Add salt in the mix and what the heck can I eat besides fresh vegetables?
-
Thanks guys, I'll keep it in mind.
-
It looks like Tinkerbell to me.
-
Yes, you are right.
-
Thank you! I will try this out, sounds super delicious!
-
What kind of protein powder do you use? I've thought of possibly doing this (especially after workouts) but there are so many different kinds and I'm confused as to which one to get.
-
I get muscle cramps in my feet/legs too. I've tried coconut water and unfortunately I hate the taste of it. I have thought about getting some type of recovery drink for right after my workouts, though. Mike's Mix Recovery Drink has pretty good reviews on Amazon, has anyone used that? No, I don't eat back my exercise…

I wish MFB let you track more nutrients than it does. I would like to track my sat fats and sodium as well as some others but there's just not enough slots. I only get to track cals, fat, carbs, protein, sugar, and fiber (to make sure my fiber intake IS a little in the red). Yes, sugar does make me feel more sluggish. Too…

Oo I've never thought of agave nectar. I've never had it or even picked it up for a peek at the grocery store so I don't know much about it, but it sounds good. Someone earlier said to use yogurt--that sounds good, too.
-
Thank you, this actually helps a lot. I've been worried about the sugar and the time-of-day thing for a while now.
-
Yes, sounds wonderful to me too!

It's all in her abs. They're some solid-looking abs to me. No, her arms and thighs aren't "defined with muscle" but she's a woman. Who wants to see a super muscular man-looking woman? Not me. She's super toned and that's all she really needs.
-
Cracked me up.

I don't have a medical sugar restriction but both of my parents are type 2 diabetic, which means I'll probably be more susceptible if I don't eat well now. I know this is more of an "ask a medical professional" question, but--if I eat completely healthily in every aspect except for the fact that I'm always eating a bit too…

I would like to pack lunches. I'm really bad at remembering to do it ahead of time but it is something that I could work on. But whether I buy it at work or on my weekly grocery trip, I'm still buying my lunch.

I do enjoy oatmeal, but I don't like it plain. How do I spice up my oatmeal without adding on too much extra sugar?

This is an AWESOME idea! I would love to participate if there's still room? Team Stephen sounds super good to me. If he's full, I'll go to Emma if her 5 extra spots haven't filled. If neither are available, I'm down for either of the other two.
