NSV (Non Scale Victory)
I thought I would create a topic in which we can celebrate our victories that don't involve the scale. I bought two pair of jeans last year without trying them on (not a good idea, right??). They were so tight that I couldn't even button them. I can now wear them with ease. :smiley:

What are your triggers?
Does anyone else have any "triggers" ? Things that happen that you allow to get you off track? I have realized that when I get really stressed or tired, I want to turn to food for comfort. What do you do to counteract it?
