30 Day Shred: Now or later?
I'm just beginning my weight loss journey so I'm not sure if I should jump right into doing the 30DS or wait until I've lost a bit of weight and use it for toning purposes. It's always something that I have wanted to do because I know people get great results and it would be an achievement for me! Opinions?

Zumba success?
I keep seeing commercials for Zumba and it looks like a good workout! Has anyone tried it and had success with it? If I were to do it I would probably look for a dvd or game version (Wii or Xbox Kinect) because those fit into my schedule better.

Squats= A butt?
I have heard that doing squats can actually make your butt bigger. Is that true? Also, do any of you guys have a guess as to how long it takes to see results? I know it's different for everyone but I'm sure some of you have had experience with it!

not losing...
I have been logging my calories and working out everyday for the past week. I'm on the lose 1.5 pounds a week plan, but have actually gained .5 pounds! Any possible explanations?

Slimfast diet...anyone tried it?
I sometimes drink a slimfast shake for breakfast but have been thinking about trying their "diet" program. Has anyone tried it? I don't want to do it for very long. Maybe one day a week or for a week each month..? Has anyone had results with it?

Okay so..I'm confused. I haven't been losing weight as quickly as I would like and I keep hearing people talk about not eating enough calories so I'm curious if this is my problem? Sodium Intake
How much sodium do you guys restrict yourself to? I eat a lot of microwavable meals and the sodium is killing me. Also, what do you suggest as a fresh and healthy alternative to a microwavable meal?
