Neck discomfort
I just finished D2 L1 today but i'm finding my neck is strained while doing the exercises with the weights (except for the lying chest fly). I also do strength training at the gym 3x a week but don't find any discomfort there. Does anyone else experience this or have any suggestions on how to relieve it? On another note,…
