Hi,
Looking for some assistance here. Can you view my food diary and give any suggestions. Just wondering if I'm on the right track. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week (3 days strength training and 2-3 days cardio).
Thanks

It looks to me like most days you are eating candy for lunch and even though you are give 1500 calories, you are taking in less than 1000 many days a week ( I looked at the past 5 days)....Your luch should have some nutritional value with some sort of protein...even a peanut butter sandwich. And you should make sure you aren't under 1200 calories to ensure your body has everything it needs to function properly. Make sure you are logging your exercise and water too...water is important for every organ in your body and the more you exercise, the more you need to eat (and the system will calculate that for you). Good luck in your journey.

You need to eat more. 700cals is not enough to fuel your body, especially if you are working out.0 -

I looked through your diary for the past 6 days. The one thing I noticed is that you have been given 1500 calories but the majority of the time you are under 1000. You need to at least try to come close to your calorie given. Eating to low of calories does not help your body to get the nutrition it needs and also leaves you feeling hungry and making the wrong choices for food. Also I understand that we all have a sweet tooth (me as well lol) and need that little sweet stuff at times. I think if you want to have something sweet you may want to turn to low calorie, low sugar, or even sugar free things. I have tried 90 calorie brownies by Fiber One. I have also swithced to sugar free candy and ice cream. They are low in calories and sugar but still have the same great taste. I know it seems a bit much to take away some guilty pleasures as I was feeling the same way but I didn't think I would like the sugar free things until I tried them and they are pretty good. I also noticed (which is one thing I have to work on as well) that you are not getting enough veggies. You also need to drink plenty of water as well.
This is just things that people have helped me with and also that I have found out on my own. They have seemed to be helping me so far, and I hope this can help you out some. Just advice not a professional at this by no means lol. Still learning all this myself and have asked all the same questions that you have.
Good Luck!!!0
