Question for folks who work with weights.... if you were going to increase the weight you're working out with, at what point in your sets would you start using it? Heavier weight for the first set, then the rest with what you were using, or wait till the last set to introduce it?
Normally I jog a few miles, every other day, and along with the calorie counting here have been seeing results for the most part.
