I'm supposed to eat 1500 calories according to mfp??
Hey Guys, I just signed up :D I'm a little confused by the "reccomended calories" since I'm an athlete and not a normal person I guess. A little about myself: I'm 5'9.5-5'10 145lbs and trying to drop the last 10 pounds. I run 50min (7 miles) everyday and walk everywhere since I'm a student. I look good but not good enough…
