Non Scale Victories
Since I've been weighing in on Wednesdays, I thought I would track measurements on Sundays. Measured today and have lost a total of 3.75 inches in the past week (1 inch each off my stomach and butt)!!! That makes a total of 5.25 inches in the two weeks since I started measuring.
