Moody and Emotional - are my calories too low?
I'm on 1200 calories. should I up them to 1300 or 1400? My BMR is 1300. I work as desk job and pretty much just walk every day, do occasional workout dvd's . I'm 31 and I weigh between 56 kilos and 58 kilos , 165cm tall. total pear shape, carry all my fat in my lower half and it does not look good. I'm aiming for maybe 53…
