I am 26, have always been a slim build but have never had a flat stomach. I haven't got much fat on the rest of my body but always seem to have a stomach that hangs over my jeans. Im going to Mexico in 11 days and really want a flat stomach for the bikini. Any tips or reasons as to why my tummy is buldgy and bloaty?
I have heard that if you take 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in water before meals you will loose weight. Has anyone tried this, does it work?
