My daughters were just discussing "lose" vs. "loose" and my 12-year-old came up with a great little reminder: "When you LOSE, you LOSE an O; LOOSE is LOOSE enough that there's room for an extra!" With all the posts I've seen about people getting these words confused, I thought I'd share. =)

Does anyone else have a hard time trusting the estimate of calories burned when you input your workouts? I want to track my exercise for accountability's sake, but am not confident enough in the estimates to allow myself to eat the calories that MFP adds back in because I've "earned" them.
