I just got a fitbit and it says that i burn 3480 calories a day. I'm a 5'6" male Wgt. 230 38 yrs old. I have a desk job but would consider myself moderately active. I excercise at least 1/2 hour a day. How many calories should I be eating.

to figure out my calories. I'm a 5'6" male cw 233 gw 165 bmr 1794 tdee 2762 if I did this correctly. What should my daily calories be and do I need to eat my exercise calories back?
