How to figure out cal. used bicycling with kid in trailer
Sometimes I bicycle pulling a 25 lb. trailer with a 30 lb. kid in it! Surely the bicycling burns more calories than when I bike without. How do I figure out what my caloric burn is with kid in trailer? Thanks so much! Have a great weekend! :)
